This institutional initiative seeks to strengthen the technical and ethical competencies of arbitrators, arbitral secretaries, mediators, negotiators, adjudicators (<em>Dispute Boards<\/em>), lawyers, and other professionals, thereby contributing to the quality, legitimacy, and efficiency of alternative dispute resolution processes.<\/p><p>Within this framework, the <strong>Lima International Arbitration Center<\/strong>\u00a0organizes and implements accreditation courses, specialization programs, diploma courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other academic activities, as well as national and international events, specialized publications, and the <strong>MOOT LIMA \u2013 INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC LAW COMPETITION<\/strong>.
