Model Clause for Ordinary Arbitration - MIAC-CAMACOL

When the parties intend for the MIAC Ordinary Arbitration Rules (“Rules”) to apply to their disputes, they may consider incorporating the following clause into their contracts:
"Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including any matter concerning its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Miami International Arbitration Center (MIAC) of the Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL) —(MIAC-CAMACOL)— in accordance with its Ordinary Arbitration Rules."
