Continuing Education

The Lima International Arbitration Center develops a Continuing Education Program aimed at the training, specialization, and ongoing professional development of practitioners involved in arbitration, other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, and related disciplines, in accordance with its corporate purpose and with the standards of domestic and international arbitration. This institutional initiative seeks to strengthen the technical and ethical competencies of arbitrators, arbitral secretaries, mediators, negotiators, adjudicators (Dispute Boards), lawyers, and other professionals, thereby contributing to the quality, legitimacy, and efficiency of alternative dispute resolution processes.

Within this framework, the Lima International Arbitration Center organizes and implements accreditation courses, specialization programs, diploma courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other academic activities, as well as national and international events, specialized publications, and the MOOT LIMA – INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC LAW COMPETITION. These activities are carried out with the support of strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national and international arbitration centers, promoting the dissemination of specialized knowledge, academic research, and the adoption of best practices in arbitration, other ADR mechanisms, Dispute Boards, investment law, and international trade.
